Where does your enterprise stand?

Nine situations. Choose the one you recognise, not the one you aspire to.

Each situation tests one level of the ladder. The result names the level your organisation has actually reached, and where the climb breaks.

One principle, adapted from the book, governs the scoring: strength at one level cannot make up for failure at another. An enterprise that acts decisively but cannot agree what its numbers mean has not reached the top.
